As I operate between Cork and Limerick I can sometimes arrange to call to your home. Evening appointments can also be arranged.
If you wish further appointments can be arranged, however, there is no obligation and there will be no pressure to make any further appointments.
Sessions usually last from 1-2hours. Cost is approx 60-90 euro per session.

Chronic pain is defined as pain that lasts for 3-6 months or more. Chronic pain can affect your relationship with your partner or other family members, your work life, your memory and concentration. Often you cannot sleep which has serious negative effects both physically and mentally and also affects many other areas of your life. Your finances can become strained. You can become socially withdrawn and depressed. Sometimes, because of a lack of awareness and the often unseen nature of the chronic pain condition family members, friends, colleagues and healthcare professionals may sometimes be unaware or insensitive to the illness. Quite often, as in was in my own case one can be suffering with chronic pain and its affects without realising such a medical condition exists.

I hold a B.Sc Hons degree in Biochemistry, work in the healthcare environment and have a lot of experience in helping people with chronic pain. I also live with chronic pain myself as a result of a road traffic accident a good few years back, I have been through the mill if you like so I can help/advise on the practical issues in dealing with GPs, pain consultants, pain services, pain organisations, pain management programs, psychologists, therapists, counsellors, physiotherapists, alternative health, coping strategies etc in Ireland.
